Created with proprietary technologies, the external surface of FENIX is characterised by the use of next generation acrylic resins, hardened and fixed through an Electron Beam Curing process. This allows to experience unique features. At first glance, the surface strikes for its super-matt appearance. When touched, it is pleasantly soft with the further surprise of leaving no fingerprints. Thermal healing of superficial micro-scratches is also possible.

When viewed under a microscope, the structure of FENIX is like a landscape with uneven peaks and valleys. When light waves hit the surface, the angle of incidence is not the same everywhere. Therefore, light reflects in different directions. This is what makes FENIX matt.

FENIX NTM® provides a technical and aesthetic answer to two important interior design trends: smart materials and matt surfaces. FENIX NTM® Bloom introduces a technology that significantly reduces the amount of fossil-based parts included in the core’s resin. FENIX NTA® is an enhanced metal surface which can be used both vertically and horizontally. Stories coming from different sides of the world are the inspiration behind the FENIX palette, which is composed by 27 timeless colours.
Further extending the open system, X-KIN® by FENIX is the adaptable surface material applied just like a wallpaper. Interior solutions also enrich the use of materials ranging from kitchen sinks, washbasins to wall coverings.
