4×4: A Collaborative Furniture Series

The series brings together four leading designers - Manuel Espejo, Nacho Álvarez, Sigfrido Serra and Virginia Albuja, - each creating four exclusive pieces that explore the expressive potential of surface materials in contemporary furniture design. 

The collection, produced by Moblitte^®, blends technical precision with artistic vision. Each design embodies the unique aesthetic of its creator while highlighting the versatility, texture and colour depth of the materials: 

• Sarsen by Manuel Espejo, a sculptural sofa inspired by Stonehenge, combining Arpa 3486 UMA Kèr finish with Homapal Alu Mirror Polished Superior Natural.  

• New Earth by Nacho Álvarez merges Arpa 0211 Grigio Perla, Homapal 446 SRM Alu Brushed Steeltone and Formica F9511 Layered Sand, reflecting balance and timeless design.  

• Loop by Sigfrido Serra showcases FENIX materials in deep green and violet tones — 0794 Verde Kitami, 0773 Verde Brac and 0790 Viola Orissa — evoking movement and emotion.  

• Reflejos by Virginia Albuja pairs FENIX 0720 Nero Ingo with Homapal 477 Alu Mirror Polished Coppertone, playing with light and reflection through sculptural geometry.
